The blade is straight-sided with a ‘hollow grind’ on either side near to the edge that allows for a finer cut. A full, stainless steel tang runs along the whole length of the handle to give the knives extra strength, balance and stability. The satin-finished blades are made from high quality Martensitic stainless steel and has a concave, beveled edge on either side that allows for a finer cut.
